National Technical Honor Society (NTHS)

 

The National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) is an honor society for outstanding career and technical students. 

Today NTHS serves over 2,500 member schools and universities throughout the nation.

NATIONAL TECHNICAL HONOR SOCIETY (NTHS): This honor society recognizes outstanding scholastic
achievement for students enrolled in career and technical education programs. The NTHS membership criteria includes:

(1) Academics - A GPA of 3.0 and an overall CTC grade average of 87 in their respective CTC program; (2) Leadership -Within curricular and extracurricular settings; (3) Character - Respectful, honest, ethical, cooperative etc. and (4) Citizenship. In addition, students must be a Junior in good standing or a senior completing at least their 2nd year in a CTC program with 10 or fewer absences per year. Qualifying students are recognized at the annual NTHS Induction Ceremony.
